We ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer worldwide standard shipping starting at €9.97 or free for orders over €150. By contracting with first-class courier services, we ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday; local holidays Saturday and Sunday are not included in the shipping days. You will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment and can be cooking delicious meals in no time.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Please check the tracking number that was emailed to you. If you can't find it, please send us an email at Support@otakimi.de with the details of your order and we will take care of it immediately.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
We cover all customs duties and taxes for shipments to all EU countries + the USA. Customers from these countries will not have to pay any additional fees beyond the price of the product.
Orders from French overseas territories must bear the customs duties and taxes often referred to as "octroi de mer", as this region is not part of the EU customs union.
Orders from other countries such as the UK, Switzerland, Canada and most other countries may be subject to customs duties by local authorities.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Can I change an order I have already placed?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so once you have placed an order, we are generally no longer able to make changes to your shipping address or items. If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us a note as soon as possible at support@otakimi.de with the subject "Change my order" or "Cancel my order" and we will do our best to help you before your order is shipped.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Otakimi is committed to making you happy. If at any time, within 30 days of receiving your Otakimi knife, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and we will arrange a full refund* with the return of your Otakimi knife. Please email Support@otakimi.de to arrange the return or exchange of your product.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Your Otakimi knife is designed for exceptional durability, from sourcing the finest materials to the exclusive manufacturing techniques used.
That's why we are proud to back all Otakimi knives with a lifetime warranty in case of a manufacturing defect.
Knives whose blades have been individually engraved cannot be returned if you change your mind, but they still have the lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
*Please note that OTAKIMI will only cover the courier costs for returns in the event of a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Covered by the warranty are: all composite and craftsmanship materials of the knife, when used within the framework of our definition of reasonable use of the item.
Warranty exclusions: Improper use, including but not limited to: use as a tool, use in the dishwasher, for frozen items, accidental dropping.
Warranty duration: Lifetime warranty.
Accessories:

Additional Information
- Otakimi also offers express shipping. The cost of express shipping will be displayed to you at checkout.
- You can have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address.
