The Nakiri Tosa Honoo 17 cm (6.7") is the traditional Japanese vegetable knife, designed for clean, precise chopping. Nakiri literally means “vegetable cutter”, and with its straight blade profile, it excels at slicing, dicing, and chopping greens, herbs, and vegetables with surgical precision.
